Hi, I’m Kenneth Dodds, and I’m glad you’re here.

I was born in St. Boniface, Manitoba, and spent my early years on a farm just east of Winnipeg. Growing up as the middle child, I never quite fit the mold—our farm was my playground, and my imagination ran wild as I explored the fields, often with my grandfather’s old single-shot .22 in hand. My best friend David and I spent countless hours riding minibikes and snowmobiles, building forts, and creating adventures. Looking back, those were some of the most carefree and formative years of my life.

At 12, my family left Manitoba and moved to Alberta in search of better opportunities. It was a big change, but one I’ll always be grateful for. Alberta opened up new horizons, and soon I was involved in every sport I could find—hockey, baseball, volleyball, and wrestling. My dad instilled in me the value of education, hard work, and future planning. He believed deeply in real estate and taught us that with strategic investment, long-term success was possible.

Real estate was always in the back of my mind, even as a young adult. I started small—buying a modest condo that became my first home. I then sold it and bought a house, living in it while renting out rooms to friends. That was my first real taste of what would become a lifelong passion: real estate investing. From there, I began flipping townhouses and homes, holding onto a few rental properties along the way. I fell in love with the process—the creative problem-solving, the challenge of revitalizing spaces, and the financial rewards of thoughtful investing.

My formal education took me from Calgary to Drumheller and back again to Calgary, where I earned my credentials from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) as a Welding Engineering Technologist. A downturn in the economy led me to the trades, where I became a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker with a Red Seal. After a workplace vehicle accident, I sought a less physically demanding path and earned my 4th Class Power Engineer certificate. That opened the door to a major energy producer in the Fort McMurray / Wood Buffalo region, where I worked for two years as a Building Operator and over a decade as a Maintenance Planner. These roles taught me the importance of structure, systems, and organization—skills that translate perfectly into the world of real estate. 

In 2024, another motor vehicle accident forced yet another pivot. But I refused to let the injury derail my dreams. I studied relentlessly and eventually became a licensed REALTOR®. While returning to the energy industry remains a goal, real estate has become the next logical—and deeply fulfilling—step in my journey. It allows me to help people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

My businesses merge real estate problem-solving across North America with collaborative, property revitalization—often powered by creative financing strategies. I take on projects that breathe new life into neglected properties, always with a focus on function, beauty, and long-term value.

For me, real estate is more than a profession—it’s a way of life. It’s about creating opportunities for others, just like my parents did for us. It’s about solving problems, putting in the work, and finding win-win solutions for everyone involved.

One of our most rewarding endeavors is reuniting people and heirs with assets that governments are “holding” for unsuspecting families. It’s an incredibly satisfying calling.
